CardioX is an intense 45 minute workout made doable for anyone. The class mixes up your routine guaranteeing that you will never do the same workouts twice! A total body conditioning workout consisting of bag work and non-barbell CrossFit movements. The session burns calories, builds lean muscle, tones & conditions your body. You will find this class to be a great cardio workout!

The class is programmed and coached by Monika Stalzer. Monika has her CrossFit Level 1, background in Taekwondo, and several fitness certifications. Monika has been coaching these style of classes since 2008. Monika is married with three children keeping her lifestyle very active. It is important that her athletes get the best workout possible in that hour of time they are committing to the class. You won't have to think about what you will do for you're workout. Simply show up and let us take care of the rest. All you need to do is be ready to work hard. She will encourage and make you feel welcome!
