The primary training program at Max Oxygen CrossFit is "“constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.” You will rarely do the same workout twice. Sometimes you will see a repeat 6-12 months down the road to measure progress and see how far you have come. The movements will assist you in your everyday life: playing with the kids, lifting things in the garage, or even carrying groceries. The intensity of each workout is relative to you, and this is where the magic happens. Your hard work, dedication to proper movement, and our expertise in coaching and program design will help you reach your goals.

The classes incorporate a warm-up, skill work, WOD-specific movement preparation, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down. All led by a certified and experienced coach. Coaching and movement improvement happens throughout the class whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, so don’t hesitate to jump onboard!
