This is the primary training program at Max Oxygen CrossFit. . “Constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity” – You will rarely do the same workout twice. Sometimes we will see a repeat 6-12 months down the road to measure progress and see how far we have come. The movements will assist you in your everyday life: playing with the kids, lifting things in the garage, or even keeping you able longer. The intensity is relative to you and this is where we can make magic. It is the CrossFit method used to achieve a general physical preparedness and the focus of the workouts. It's nothing special. It's your hard work, dedication to proper movement, and our expertise in coaching and program design. Our coaches are certified and experienced! Let us help you reach your goals. 

The class incorporates a warm-up, skill work, WOD-specific movement preparation, the workout of the day, and a cool down. All led by a certified and experience Coach. Coaching and movement improvement happens throughout the class whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.
